SWAMP
Nature, love and swamp
Swamp is a musical project formed by three musicians who love art. They cover famous folk songs between the 60s and the present with a magical touch: the swamp. They're inspired by the nature, the unperceived sounds, the air and love –among others–.

The colour as nature and a free typography for a free soul
Gloom, introspection, mystery, depth, strength and wealth are some of the terms that they are identified with in this project. After mixing a few samples I got a couple of colours that worked really well together. They are pale and creamy, cold but sometimes warm. That is nature and that is Swamp: ups and downs, stories that haven't been told so far.
Their style and elegance serves a serif typeface as their best option. Lora has a very sharp serif that makes it easy to read. It also comes in different weights so it can be more flexible when using it. They also present curved shapes as they identifies with the inner Swamp: surprise and journey.
The logo
They identify themselves with the Sitatunga, a kind of African antelope that usually lives in swampy areas with dense vegetation. Sitatungas are lonely animals and they are famous for their horns.
The logo is built thanks to the Golden Ratio and ended with sharp finish. Its dynamics and gentleness makes the brand with great and feminine personality. In fact, the W represents those horns, so it can be used as avatar when the size is small enough.
